Hey Queen, Iâm Tikea Bowers, MSN, APRN â but around here, Iâm just a woman who knows what it feels like to carry the weight of the world while still trying to pour into everyone else.
I built The Hive because I was that womanâthe one who kept showing up for family, work, and community while quietly battling grief, anxiety, and burnout behind closed doors. In 2020, I graduated with my MSN, but that same month, I lost my mom. I pushed my dreams aside, letting fear and depression hold me back for years. And yet, deep down, I knew my story wasnât over.
When I finally decided to step into my purpose and reclaim my voice, Bee Luxe and The Hive were born. I wanted to create what I wished I had back thenâa safe, affordable, empowering space where women, especially Black women, could find community, healing, and the permission to put themselves first.
Here, we celebrate self-love as resistance, rest as a form of power, and sisterhood as medicine. This isnât just a community; itâs a movement. And if youâre here, sis, it means youâre ready to step into your own light.
Welcome to The Hive. You belong here. đâ¨
